Therapy may be a good fit for you if you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating life transitions, wanting to improve relationships, need help managing anxiety or mood concerns, help processing past experiences, or simply wanting a better understanding of yourself! If something is impacting your emotional wellbeing or quality of life, therapy may be a helpful tool for you.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about whats bringing you to therapy, your goals, relevant history, and answer any questions you have! There’s no pressure to share everything right away— therapy moves at your pace.

Therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients come for short term support around a specific issue, while others engage in longer-term work for deeper growth. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and progress.

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share stays private, with a few exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or abuse of a child or vulnerable person). These limits will be explained clearly during your first session.
